Castravetii se curata sau se lasa cu coaja si se rad ,dupa care se storc bine. Catravetii rasi se amesteca bine cu uleiul de masline si iaurtul,se condimenteaza cu sare si piper,iar la final se pune mararul tocat. Se lasa la rece 2 ore. Este un sos grozav care merge pe...

Se curata usturoiul se zdrobeste bine apoi se ameteca cu sare si se pune cate putin din ulei pana devine ca o maioneza apoi se pune pasta de tomate si patrunjelu  verde tocat e prefetat sotului meu la peste si mie imi place dar am facut si cu nuca

Se zdrobeste usturoiul foarte bine ,apoi se amesteca cu sarea dupa care se pune cate putin ulei ca si la maioneza pana devine ca o crema. se adauga nuca pisata foarte bine si patrunjelul verde dupa care se pune foarte putina apa si se amesteca foarte bine Este o retata de la prietena mea...

Se pune uleiul intr-o craticioara mica apoi se pune faina si se amesteca bine,dupa care se pune ceasca de supa ,apoi pasta de tomate,mustarul ,cimbrul ,busuiocul. Zaharul se pune intr-o canita mica sa se caramelizeze putin apoi se amesteca cu compozitia(eventual puneti 2 linguri de apa pt a se...
