Se pun pastele fainoase la fiert conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj. Cand sunt gata, se strecoara si se pastreaza cam un polonic din apa in care au fiert. Crevetii se lasa sa se dezghete (daca sunt din aceia congelati) apoi se spala sub un jet de apa, se lasa sa se scurga de apa apoi se...

Pentru inceput se lasa crevetii sa se dezghete la temperatura camerei, apoi se spala usor si se usuca cu prosoape de hartie. Se pun pastele la fiert in apa cu sare si se lasa sa fiarba al dente. Se strecoara, se clatesc si se lasa sa se scurga de apa. Intr-o tigaie se pune uleiul si untul...
