Inghetata de vanilie cu zmeura

Galbenusurile si indulcitorul se mixeaza pana se albesc. Se adauga amidonul, se incorporeaza bine in crema de galbenusuri, apoi se toarna incet laptele. Se pune vasul la baine marie (sau la foc mic) si se fierbe compozitia, amestecand continuu cu un tel, pana se infierbanta foarte bine si incepe...
