Negresa cu mascarpone si glazura de ciocolata

Incepem prin a pregati blatul. Topim untul la microunde sau pe baie de aburi. Adaugam in untul topit (si usor racit, sa nu fie fierbinte) zaharul si cacaua si amestecam bine.  Incorporam apoi 150 g mascarpone, cele 3 oua (cate unul pe rand), vanilia si in ultimul rand faina. ...
