Separam albusul de galbenusuri .Albusurile le mixam impreuna cu zaharul (zaharul il turnam putin cate putin)pana devine ca o bezea.Apoi punem cana de ulei peste bezeaua formata si mixam bine.Incorporamsi galbenusurile unul cate unul,praful de copt si apoi faina in ploaie putin cate putin.La urma...

Salata de vinete cu smantana si usturoi

Vinetele se spala si se coc. Le-am copt pe aragaz. Dupa ce se coc se lasa la racit. Se curata si se pun intr-o sita la scurs. Dupa ce se scurg bine se toaca marunt si se pun intr-un bol. Se curata usturoiul si se piseaza se adauga peste vinete cu un pic de ulei. Se sareaza si pipereaza, apoi se...

Ciorba de rosii cu galusti de gris

Se curata legumele si se spala.Apoi tocam ceapa cu morcovul si le punem la calit cu un pic de ulei.Ardeiul gras impreuna cu cartofii se adauga dupa ce se calesc bine ceapa si morcovii. Se adauga 3 litri de apa si se lasa sa fiarba pana ce cartofii se inmoaie .Intre timp se oparesc rosiile se...
