Salata de fasole cu spanac

In Salate la 19 Apr 2019

  Trecem fasolea printr-un jet de apa apoi o punem la scurs intr-o strecuratoare. Spanacul ales, spalat si scurs de apa, il taiem grosier. Ceapa curatata o tocam mai mare. Intr-un bol adaugam: fasolea scursa de apa, spanacul, ceapa tocata, uleiul, sarea,  piperul si otetul...

Salata de vinete cu avocado

In Salate la 16 Apr 2019

Am scos vinetele cu o seara inainte de la congelator si le-am lasat la scurs. Avocado se taie in doua, se scoate samburele, cu lingura scoatem miezul si-l pasam cu furculita intr-un castron, adaugam zeama de lamaie sa nu oxideze. Intr-un bol punem vinetele tocate, avocado pasat, ceapa...

Salata de cartofi cu leurda

Cartofii se spala si ii punem la fiert intr-o oala cu doua lingurite de sare. Lasam sa fiarba cartofii la foc potrivit. Verificam cartofii cu furculita sa intre usor. Ai scurgem de apa si ii lasam la racit. Dupa ce s-au racit, ii curatam de coaja si ii taiem rondele sau mai marunt asa cum am...

Salata de varza cu fasole rosie

In Salate la 20 Iun 2014

Legumele( varza si ceapa) curatate si spalate le-am taiat marunt, am pus conserva de fasole , am potrivit de gust : sare, piper,  otet  balsamic am avut eu , voi puneti de care aveti, le-am amesctecat si gata salata . Sa aveti pofta!!!
