Se curata sardinele.Legumele se taie rondele. Intr-o cratita se pune un strat de cartofi,unul de roşii,unul de ceapa. Peste aceste straturi se aseaza sardinele. Peste sardine se pun restul de legume iar la final lamaia taiata felii sarea piperul,frunzele de dafin şi cimbrul.Se acopera...

hamsiile se curata,.se spala cu apa rece şi se scurg. orezul se spala şi se pune ın apa fierbinte ptr.aprox.20 min. coacazele se curata de cozi şi se pun ın apa fierbinte ptr.aprox.25 min. semintele de pin se prajesc ın  o lingurita de ulei de masline ptr.aprox.30 de sec. pana...
