Amestecati branza cu ouale, adaugati zaharul, zaharul vanilat, esenta de lamiae si bicarbonatul. Adaugati faina putin cate putin si framanti un aluat potrivit care sa nu se lipeasca de maini. Lasati aluatul 15 minute se se odihneasca apoi modelati bile de marimea unei palme in mijlocul care...

Fructele din compot se pun la scurs intr-o sita. Gelatina se pune la hidratat in putina zeama de compot. Frecam galbenusurile cu zaharul, apoi cu laptele si se pun la fiert pe baie de aburi. Se adauga faina si se amesteca continuu pana incepe sa se ingrase. Luam de pe foc, adaugam...
