Ciorba de fasole boabe cu afumatura si jumari

Se pune fasolea la umflat de seara,se fierbe si se arunca apa.Se pune iar la fiert cu sare si cimbru si cand e pe jumatate facuta se adauga carnea taiata cuburi.Intr-o tigaie se calesc jumarile cu zarzavatul tocat apoi se adauga in ciorba.La sfarsit se pune sosul de rosii cu ardei,se...

Se pune la fiert pieptul de pui cu sare,se spumeaza apoi se adauga morcovul dat prin razatoare,albitura bucati intregi si ceapa crestata.Cand se fierb se scot zarzavaturile lasate intregi.Se caleste gogosarul taiat fideluta si se adauga in ciorba .Se pune sare,piper,otet dupa gust,ustururoi...

Ciorba din aripioare de pui cu legume

Am pus aripioarele(taiate jumatati) la fiert,am luat spuma.Separat am calit radacinoasele si ceapa tocate in putin ulei apoi le-am adaugat in oala cu carne.Cand s-au inmuiat am pus pe rand,fasolea verde,mazarea,ardeiul si rosiile taiate cubulete.Cand au fost fierte am adaugat fideaua ,zeama de...

Ciorba de varza acra cu ciolan

Ciolanul se pune la fiert,se spumeaza apoi cand este pe jumatate fiert se adauga varza taiata fideluta,piper ,foi de dafin.Intr-o craticioara am calit radacinoasele cu ceapa le-am stins cu putina apa si le-am fiert separat .Cand varza si carnea au fost aproape gata am adaugat ardeiul tocat...
