Lasam la temperatura camerei cu o ora inainte cel putin faina, ouale, untul. Cernem faina (eu de doua ori).Pe lnga cele 750gr faina eu am mai avut nevoie de vreo2-3linguri de faina spre sfarsit pentru ca aratul era inca lipicios. Batem ouale intr-un castron. Faina, zaharul, sarea si drojdia le...

Paine integrala

Toate ingredientele trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei. Punem pe rand,in cuva masinii apa,uleiul,sarea,zaharul,laptele,faina alba,faina neagra si drojdia uscata. Montam cuva in masina si punem meniul pe programul 3. Scoatem painea cat este inca calda si lasam sa se raceasca o ora....

Cu o forma patrata sau rotunda,taiem aluatul de foietaj dezghetat la temperatura camerei.Punem aluatul taiat intr-o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt.Ungem fiecare bucatica cu ketchup si deasupra punem rondele de cremvursti,sunca presata taiata cubulete,ardei fasii,rondele de masline fara samburi...

Pizza cu blat de paine

Se ung feliile de paine si se pun cu partea unsa pe o tava.Se ung feliile deasupra cu ketchup,se pun salamul taiat bucatele,cremvurstii taiati la fel cubulete,muschiul file taiat bucatele,se adauga branza rasa,cascavalul ras,ceapa verde taiata rondele(doar frunzele)putina smantana si rosiile...

Mic dejun in lipie libaneza

Ungem o lipie cu branza topita sau crema de branza almette cu verdeata.Deasupra punem pe rand o felie de muschi file,cabanosul taiat cubulete,ardeiul si castravetele cubulete,felia de svaiter sau de cascaval ,rosia cubulete,radem cascaval,decoram cu maioneza si sos,cateva frunze mici de salata....

Pranzul in lipie libaneza

Se incalzeste pireul,apoi carnea.Se taie cubulete snitelul. Pe o lipie libaneza presaram salata de varza,punem piureul,snitelul maruntit,ardeiul taiat cubulete.Se orneaza cu o lingura de maioneza si cateva frunze mici de salata verde
