Blatul: 6 albusuri se bat bine spuma cu un praf  de sare... se adauga mixand zaharul...bana obtineti o bezea teapana se inglobeaza apoi 6 galbenusuri amestecand usor de jos in sus... apoi se adauga cafeaua, nuca macinata...si faina amestecata cu praful de copt... blatul se coace...

Blatul Galbenusurile se mixeaza bine cu zaharul, pana isi dubleaza volumul. Se adauga in ploaie faina amestecata cu praful de copt si cacaoa, apoi se inglobeaza usor albusurile batute spuma cu ajutorul unei linguri amestecand usor de jos in sus. Tava (25x23) se tapeteaza cu hartie de copt,...

Pasca cu branza dulce si ciocolata

Intr-un castron se mixeaza bine zaharul cu oualele intregi. Se adauga untul moale... mixam iar bine, bine. Se adauga apoi in ploaie faina amestecata cu praful de copt...apoi se adauga cacaoa. Va rezulta un aluat mai gros... pe care il repartizam intr-o forma cu fund si pereti detasabili...pe care...

-ardeii:se spala, se curata de cotoare si seminte si se pun la scurs pe un prosop de bucatarie... -sunca se taie cubulete, ardeiul gras si el... ceapa si usturoiul se toaca marunt... apoi intr-un bol se adauga toate cele de mai sus alaturi de patrunjelul tocat cu finete, branza cremoasa,...

Trifle cu limoncello

Portocalele se storc de sucul lor...intr-un vas de marime potrivita acolo unde urmeaza sa asamblam desertul. Peste sucul de portocale se adauga imoncello, verificand echilibrul dintre dulceata si alcool... Fundul vasului se acopera cu un strat de piscoturi... Intr-un vas separat se pun...

Tarta Tatin cu mere

-merele se spala, se curata de coaja si de seminte... se taie felii... -am folosit ustensila din imaginea atasata, buna si practica de altfel... -merele se stropesc cu zeama de lamaie ca sa isi pastreze culoarea...  -in vasul in care faceti tarta sau in alt vas rezistent la foc se...

Intr-un bol se mixeaza margarina cu zaharul, zaharul vanilescu si praful de sare... Se mixeaza bine pana se albeste compozitia, apoi se adauga oualele rand pe rand si mixam dupa fiecare. Apoi se adauga faina amestecata cu amidonul si praful de copt. Apoi se incorporeaza aprox 50 ml de lapte...
