Carnea se portioneaza in cuburi cat pentru un dumicat. Ceapa, ardeiul si morcovul se taie ca pentru ciorba. Cartofii taiati bucati se tin in apa rece. In cratita, se pune ceapa cu cateva linguri de ulei la inmuiat.Apoi se pun cuburile de carne si ardeiul gras, boiaua,chimenul, iuteala...

Ceapa si morcovul date pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mici se calesc in uleiul de masline pana devin sticloase. Se adauga rosiile alese in prealabil de eventuale pielite si cu ajutorul conservei se pune si apa plata sau filtrata ( 1 conserva).Se adauga si orezul spalat sub jet de apa rece. Se lasa...

Supa crema de ciuperci

Ciupercile se spala bine sub jet de apa rece si apoi se tin in apa rece cu otet cateva minute.   Ceapa se toaca fin si se pune la calit in unt  si apoi impreuna cu ciupercile taiate bucati se lasa la inmuiat pe foc potrivit cam 5-6 minute. Se toarna apa calda si se fierbe in jur de...

Supa crema catifelata de morcovi

In Supe la 10 Noi 2010

Morcovii, ceapa si ardeiul  se curata si se taie bucati. Se pun in craticioara la calit impreuna cu uleiul si untul la foc potrivit amestecand pana morcovii devin galbeni-aurii.Se toarna apa fiarta in cantitatea dorita ( eu am folosit cam un litru si putin, dupa ochi) si se lasa la fiert...
