Tort Diplomat cu iaurt

In Torturi la 4 Ian 2012

Intr-un castron se pune iaurtul. Separat se bate frisca bine bine, apoi se incorporeaza cu iaurtul si ananasul taiat bucatele si scurs de compot. Taiem si bucatile de rahat cubulete si le incorporam in crema. Gelatina o pregatim conform instructiunilor de pe plic si cand ajunge la temperatura...

In Torturi la 17 Apr 2011

Blatul este deja taiat doar trebuie separat (eu folosesc blatul de cumparat ca asa sunt sigura ca este perfect:D), apoi se pregateste frisca intr-un castronel iar separat se pregateste crema pasticera cu 500 ml lapte. Apoi amestecam 3 sferturi din frisca cu crema si incepem sa asamblam...

Vinete cu carne la cuptor

In Mancaruri cu carne la 8 Noi 2010

se curata legumele se spala si se toaca marunt,se pun la calit in putin ulei apoi se lasa sa fiarba cu putina apa,se adauga carnea tocata,se lasa sa fiarba totul pentru vreo 50 minute(se fierbe la foc mic),se adauga delikatul si bulionul,optional in timpul fierberii puteti pune putin vin...

Tort rapid de inghetata

In Torturi la 1 Noi 2010

Intr-o forma de tort se aseaza o folie de plastic apoi discul de tort.se aseaza un strat din inghetata de cocos apoi un strat din inghetata de visine.se acopera cu folia care a ramas si se da la congelator pentru cateva ore.apoi se scoate si se orneaza dupa preferinta.
