Supa crema

In Supe/Ciorbe la 12 Mar 2010

legumele  dupa ce s-au curatat si spalat se pun la fiert in apa cu sare si putin ulei cand sunt fierte se pun legumle in blender si se se paseaza pana rezulta o crema fina ce se amesteca cu o parte din supa ramasa de la fiert  se adauga patrunjel verde cat timp fierb legumele feliile...

Ciorba de fasole

fasolea se spala bine si se lasa la inmuiat (de seara pana dimineata ) .am pus fasolea impreuna cu  1 ceapa 1 morcov  pastarnac (taiate in bucati mari) si cartoful (intreg Vladut spune ca atrage toate toxinele din fasole )se fierb (eu am fiet-o la oala minune  cam o ora ) am...

Bors de miel

In Supe/Ciorbe la 30 Ian 2010

se spala oasele de miel (eu am folosit oase de la pulpa mielului cu multa carne pe ele ) si se pun la fiert  cu putina sare si se spumeaza  . in tipul asta se toaca ceapa morcovul telina ardeiul rosiile (eu am folosit rosii cubulete in suc de rosii)si se curata cartofii dp ce carnea...

se pun legumele pe rand in apa ce fierbe .cand sunt fierte se adauga borsul fierbinte si apoi pestele si se mai lasa la fiert cam 10 min se adauga  leusteanul tocat dupa ce se stinge focul

Ciorba de legume cu zeama de varza

se toaca zarzavatul(eu prefer cubulete) si se adauga in apa ce fierbe pe foc  intai ceapa morcovul telina pastarnacul apoi rosiile si cartofii .cand sunt fierbe se adauga treptat zeama de varza in functie de gust si aveti grija sa nu adaugati sare (e destul de sarata zeama de varza) si...
