Se curata ceapa si se caleste in ulei, cand devine aurie se adauga si carnea tocata. Se lasa pana carnea capata o culoare de putin prajit. Separat se prajesc ficateii de pui in ulei si cu putin apa( eu i-am taiat in sferturi). Cand sunt gata se amesteca continutul celor 2 tigai , se adauga si...

Se preincalzeste cuptorul la 180-200 de grade.Ardeii se taie cubulete mici si se calesc in putin ulei. Patrunjelul si spanacul se spala si se taie marunt.Coca se intinde cat sa acopere fundul tavii si peretii acesteia.Se amesteca patrunjelul , spanacul , branzele, smantana, faina, sare, piper,...

Se incalzeste cuptorul la 200 de grade. Ingredientele blatului se amesteca si se framanta pana devin o coca uniforma. Vanata se taie felii in lungime , ardeii in felii destul de late, tot in lungime si se prajesc separat in ulei, pana sunt destul de moi, patrunse. Coca se intinde pe masa de lucru...
