Supa crema de cartofi si morcovi

In Supe la 26 Oct 2012

Curatam cartofii si morcovii, ii taiem cubulete. Punem ulei la incalzit si cand s-a incalzit punem ceapa la calit alaturi de cartofi si morcovi. Dupa ce s-au calit binisor punem o canita de apa ca sa fiarba bine. Dupa ce a fiert o pasam cu blenderul amestecam cu supa si o punem la foc pt 5-10...

Curatam ceapa de coaja, o spalam bine si apoi o tocam marunt. Punem un pic de ulei la incins si cand s-a incins punem ceapa. Lasam sa se caleasca dupa care punem 2 litri de apa peste ceapa si lasam la incalzit un pic. Curatam restul legumelor si le spalam bine. Taiem cartofii si ardeiul gras...
