Telemea de vaca sfaramata cu ceapa rosie

In Salate la 16 Mar 2011

- se toaca ceapa rosie marunt se amesteca cu branza de obicei este sarata si se subtieaza cu  uleiu de masline incat sa devina tartinabila.Se aseaza pe farfuria intinsa unde au fost asezate roasiile si castravetii dupa cum doriti sa ii dati o forma. Se presoara cu piper, oregano, cimbru...

aseaza pe farfurie una langa alta alternand feliile dupa plac,rosu alb sau un rand rosu unul alb. se aseaza ceapa taiata fin ,eu in foto am adaugat si putina salata verde. se condimenteaza si se servste. se mai poate face si tip salata. totul depinde de imaginatie.

Se spala legumele la jet de apa rece, se taie marunt ceapa si salata (de preferat  salata verde se rupe la mana), se asorteaza cu rosii la modul in care sunt asezate mai sus *( in forma de morisca intr-un singur sens), Se toaca patratele sunca ,cascavalul si ardeiul gras de preferinta...
