Am pregatit o mamaliga mai tare pe care am amestecat-o cu branza telemea si ceapa verde tocata si calita putin. Am turnat mamaliga in forma de chec ondulata si am lasat-o sa se raceasca. Aripioare cu înveliş crocant şi sos de usturoi cu brânză topită

Aripioarele de pui se taie şi se curăţă de cotoare. Se condimenteză cu chilli şi sare iar apoi se lasă la marinat vreo 30 de minute la frigider. Făina se amestecă bine cu praful de copt.  Aripioarele se dau pe rând prin făină, ou şi pesmet. Se prăjesc în...

Pestele il condimentam cu sare, piper si boia de ardei dulce si-l lasam 1 ora sa se odihneasca. Rosiile le decojim si le taiem cubulete nu prea mici pe care le punem la calit in  4-5 linguri de ulei de masline. Fierbem cam 5 minute pana sucul rosiilor scade la jumatate. Apoi adaugam...

Am spalat pestele, l-am condimentat, am uns folia de aluminiu cu putin unt, am asezat pestele, am taiat rosia felii si am pus peste peste, ceapa verde, un strop de ulei de masline, busuioc si la cuptor cu el la foc potrivit. Am servit cu cartofi prajiti, dar si cu cartofi natur merge. POFTA...
