In Mezel de casa la 8 Iun 2010

Praporul se pune in apa rece pe vreo 15 minute. Toate maruntaiele e necesar sa le spalam bine sub jet de apa si le lasam sa se scurga bine .Carnea ( optional ) se taie in bucatele mai mici. Ceaunul se incinge bine cu ulei, se adauga toate maruntaiele taiate bucati mari 3-5 cm si se pragesc...

Se condimenteaza , se sareaza bucata de carne ,se unge cu adjica , la dorinta se da forma  dreptunghiulara carnii . Se inveleste in hirtie de pergament , se leaga cu sfoara,  si se pune la marinat in frigider pentru 2 zile. Dupa 2 zile punga  cu carne se...

In Mezel de casa la 24 Ian 2010

Bucata de slanina mai mare se pune in congelator sa inghete. Cu un cutit lung si ascutit se taie fasii subtiri de slanina. Fiecare fisie se presare cu sare si piper rosu sau negru pe ambele parti. Se ruleaza, se inveleste in hirtie de aluminiu sau pelicula pt bucatarie. Rulourile pregatite...
