Pui cu creveti si vin rosu dulce

Se pune ceapa la calit in uleiul incins, apoi se pune puiul impreuna cu apa si se lasa sa fiarba pentru 20-30 minute pana cand puiul este aproximativ facut. Daca folositi ciuperci proaspete, cum am facut eu, cel mai bine e sa le fierbeti separat pentru a nu lasa acea zeama neagra in mancare....

Orez cu creveti

Crevetii luati de mine au fost congelati si semifierti. Se pune apa la incalzit cu ceapa intreaga si sfertul de telina si putina sare. Teoretic daca luati creveti proaspeti puneti si crevetii la fiert cu apa si legumele pentru 10 minut emaxim, sa devina portocalii. Eu daca am avut crevetii...

Creveti cu sos de rosii si branza feta

In primul rand eu am folosit exact 28 creveti, sub un kilogram, am fost 7 persoane la masa si am pus 4 creveti de persoana. Am fosta atat de calculata pentru ca alaturi de acest fel de mancare am servit altceva tot cu creveti. Totodata crevetii luati de mine au fost congelati si semifierti....

Midii in sos cu piure de cartofi

Se pun intai cartofii la fiert pentru piure, pentru ca dureaza ceva pana se pregatesc ingredientele pentru sos si sa fie toate gata in acelasi timp. Eu am folosit midii congelate gat ascoase din cochilie, dar puteti folosi si midii cu tot ambalajul, sa zic asa, doar ca la acelea trebuie sa...
