Incepem cu gogosarii si ardeii kapia pe care ii spalam, ii stergem si ii punem la copt, pe tabla, in tava in cuptor, dupa cum vreti si dupa cum va place. Cand is copti bine, nu scrum!, ii punem intr-o oala mare si incapatoare, presaram sare grujoasa deasupra si punem un capac potrivit, astfel...

Cum se face sucul de rosii. Sa incepem....beti o cafea strasnica! Apoi spalati toate rosiile. Montati masinaria! (eu am avut una din aia batrina-batrina... ii mai sarea coarda si curgea sucul... o nebunie sa dai asa 18 kg...dar ...that's me!)  Luati rosiile si taiati-le in doua-trei,...

Rosii galbene uscate in ulei de nuca

Procedeul este simplu si identic cu cel de al uscarii in cuptor a rosiilor obisnuite. Doar ca acestea fiind foarte mici le veti taia in doua, hai trei felii de aceeasi marime. Le puneti pe o hartie de copt intr-o tava de aragaz, le presarati cu sare de mare si busuioc uscat... dati foc mic mic...

 Deci: simplu ca buna ziua! Iei rosiile, le speli, le tai felii, dar ai grija sa pastrezi cam aceeasi dimensiune, hai... o diferenta de +/-3% ca-n sondajele de opinie, e acceptata.      Le randuiesti frumos, feliuta langa feliuta, ca ostasii, le presari cu sare de mare...

Asa ca luati voi rosiile, gogonele si dovlecei, taiati in bucati nici prea-prea, nici foarte-foarte, adica asa potrivite, o rodie in doua daca e maricica, sau asa la marimea ei daca e mai cat un ou :P. Dovelecelul il taiati cuburi, lasati cu tot cu coaja. Adaugati printre bucati de telina...
