Se caleste carnea tocata cubulete in putin ulei.Se picura apa si se lasa la inabusit.Se adauga ceapa tocata marunt si dupa 2-3 minutele se adauga si ardeiul tocat marunt.Se lasa la fiert si cand ceapa si ardeiul sunt facuti se adauga o conserva de rosii tocate in bulion,sau se adauga rosii...

Legume la cuptor la Punga Magica cu carne afumata

Legumele se spala si se taie conform instructiunilor de pe Punga Magica. Se pun in Punga Magica si se baga la cuptor. Carnea de porc se taie bucati potrivite si se pune intr-o tava. Se adauga putin ulei si se maseaza pe ambele parti. Sare nu se mai adauga deoarece carnea este afumata. Se poate...

Se pune uleiul la incins in care se picura putina apa. Cand este incins se adauga carnea de porc tocata cubulete potrivite si se amesteca. Dupa cateva minute in care se inabuse carnea, se adauga ceapa tocata marunt si putina boia dulce. Eu adaug boia pentru dulceata si sa ii dea putina culoare....
