Cartofi la cuptor umpluti cu carne

Eu am preparat cartofii direct in coaja dar se pot si curata, deci sa incepem cu condimentatul carnii, care este dupa gust, apoi spalam bine bine cartofii, mai ales daca ii lasam cu coaja, dupa care se ia (burghiul de cartofi) ma scuzati ca ii spun asa doar ca l-am primit si chiar nu ii stiu...

Se pune apa la fiert impreuna cu cartofii curatati si taiati, cand cartofi sunt fierti ii scoatem si intr-un bol separat se zdrobesc, in apa de pe foc adaugam putina sare, dupa care incepem sa incorporam faina de malai. Cand mamaliguta este gata adaugam cartofii zdrobiti si amestecam sa fie bine...
