Pentru inceput punem pipotele si inimile la fiert cu putina sare, dar inainte le spalam si le curatam daca este nevoie. Spumam, iar cand incepe sa fiarba, mai lasam 20-30 minute sau pana sunt fierte, apoi le scoatem si le lasam sa se raceasca. Intr-o tigaie punem uleiul, adaugam ficateii...

Tocanita de pipote si ficatei de pui

     Spalam bine pipotele si ficateii in apa rece si le taiem bucati mai mici. Ficateii ii punem in lapte pentru 1-2 ore, iar pipotele le fierbem 15-20 minute cu putina sare. Intr-o tigaie punem ulei, iar cand s-a incins adaugam pipotele, dupa cateva minute adaugam si...
