Mod preparare aluat oua : Galbenusurile cu ouale se bat spuma,se adauga zaharul si se bate mai departe pina aluatul devine spumos.  Se adauga faina,care nu se amesteca cu mixerul ci cu o lingura sau lingura speciala ptr. aluaturi. Mod preparare aluat bezea: Cuptorul se incinge...

Se pune laptele intr-o craticioara si se adauga zaharul si galbenusurile.Se pune pe foc mic se amesteca continuu pana devine ca o ciulama .Se incorporeaza si gelatina dizolvata in putina apa dupa care se mai lasa putin pe foc .Se da la o parte si se lasa sa se racoreasca.Se adauga albusurile...

Am separat albusurile de galbenusuri si le-am pus in castroane diferite.Am batut albusurile spuma cu cana de zahar ..dupa care am adaugat galbenusurile frecate cu ulei.Le-am combinat dupa care am adaugat faina .Eu de obicei pentru siguranta adaug si praf de copt.Aici am pus o lingura ca sa fiu...

Tort cu caramel si pere ...gusturi divine

Blat : se bate la mixer margarina impreuna cu zaharul , dupa care se adauga zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie. Se adaga ouale pe rand si se continua cu batutul. Cand e gata se adauga faina, amidonul si praful de copt toate cernute printr-o sita. Se continua amestecatul cu telul de data aceasta....
