Lamai umplute cu ton

In Ton la 24 Mai 2012

Se scurge un pic tonul de sos, dar o mica parte se pastreaza. Se spala lamaile, se taie pe din doua, iar la codite se taie de asa maniera incat sa stea pe farfurie. Se inlatura miezul  folosindu-se o lingura. Se spala ceapa verde si se toaca marunt partea verde. Se spala rosiile, se taie...

Pastrav pe gratar, in sos de lamaie si usturoi

Pestele se curata de solzi. I se inlatura intestinele, branhile. Se spala bine cu apa rece, mai ales burta. Intre timp, se pregateste sosul din: 2 lingurite de ulei, sucul de la o lamaie, sare, piper macinat si 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti. Se amesteca bine ingredientele. Se stropeste pestele....

Salata de macrou afumat

Pestele afumat se taie in bucati mari si se tropeste cu suc proaspat de lamaie si se da deoparte. Intre timp se taie legumele in bucati mari, se amesteca, respectiv ardeiul, ceapa si ardeiul capia. Lamaia se taie in felii. Frunzele de salata verde se spala cu apa rece, se sterg cu un servet...

Salata de ton cu hrean

  Mod de preparare Rosia se spala. Se taie in rondele. Lamaia se spala si ea, se taie in rondele. Hreanul se taie in bucatele mici. Frunzele de salata se spala, se usuca cu servet uscat. Pestele se scurge de ulei, dar nu de tot. Se stropeste cu suc proaspat de lamaie, dupa preferite....
