Galbenusurile se freaca bine cu zaharul pana ce acesta din urma se topeste. Zaharul se pune treptat pentru ca altfel riscati sa mixati degeaba, si zaharul sa nu se mai topeasca. Cu cat compozitia este mai "inspumata" cu atat briosele vor fi mai pufoase. Se adauga uleiul si laptele...

Untul la temperatura camerei se amesteca impreuna cu faina si cele 80 gr de zahar. Se amesteca cu degetele pana ce rezulta bucatele mici de firimituri + cateva bucatele mai mari. Se da la congelator pt 10-15 min. Intre timp se prepara merele. Acestea se curata de coaja, si se taie patratele...
