Se fierb pastele in apa cu sare. Ciupercile se spala si se taie felii.Ceapa se taie si ea si se prajeste in putin ulei,apoi se adauga ciupercile.Se prajesc putin si apoi se adauga putina apa si se lasa sa fiarba. Se amesteca o lingura de amidon cu smantana si se pune peste ciuperci,se...

Pulpele de pui dezosate se bat putin pentru a fi mai subtiri.Se condimenteaza cu condiment pentru pui si putin piper. Carnea tocata se condimenteaza si ea si se pune putina verdeata. Pe pulpa de pui se pune un strat de carne tocata,bucatele de cascaval,se ruleaza si se prinde cu scobitori....

Din carne tocata,pesmet,cartof,ou,usturoi facem o compozitie de chiftele.Condimentam si adaugam verdeata.Facem bilute mici pe care le asezam intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Le punem in cuptorul fierbinte pana cand se rumenesc frumos.Cateva bucati le-am tavalit prin seminte de susan....
