Pastarnacul se curata de coaja si se taie fasii,se pune la fiert la fel cum am pus cartofii,la fel si durata de timp.

Faina, drojdia, sare, oul si smantana se pun toate intr-un bol impreuna cu apa calduta si se framanta un aluat molicel dar nelipicios. Daca este nevoie adaugati apa. Se acopera aluatul cu un prosop si se lasa la crescut pentru ce putin 30 minute.
Dupa ce a crescut se ia cate o bucata de aluat...
