Se feliaza painea (dar nu pana jos). Se ung feliile cu unt. Se presara parmezan ras. Se aseaza feliile de sunca intre feliile de paine. Se rade mozzarella intre feliile de paine. Se baga la cuptor, intr-o tava cu hartie de copt, pana se rumeneste painea si se topeste cascavalul. Este delicios!

Se amesteca faina, praful de copt si branzeturile. Se incorporeaza untul topit,  se adauga smantana, apoi oul si se framanta bine.  La sfarsit se framanta "chitind" aluatul ca pe o patura, pentru a se forma foitaj. Se pune la rece intr-o folie de impachetat pentru 30 minute...
