Intr-o oala punem bulionul,sarea si apa dupa gust.Adaugam morcovul taiat rondele,conopida buchetele,sfecla rosie feli la fel si telina.Varza o taiem in 8-10 depinde de marimea verzei. Cand fierbe adaugam varza o lasam sa dea un clocot,apoi punem in borcane,varza ,conopida ,morcov,telina,sfecla...

Ardei in sos de rosii pentru iarna

Ardei se spala se curata de seminte si cotoare si se taie feliute.Celelalte ingrediente se pun la foc.(cantitatea o alege fiecare dupa gust,dar pasta de rosii trebuie sa predomine) Cand sosul fierbe adaugam ardei lasam sa fiarba pana ce ardei se inmoaie dar nu prea tare ,punem in borcane le...

Coacem ardei,gogosari ,capia si vinetele.Le curatam de coaja si ii dam prin masina de tocat. Curatam ceapa si morcovul deasemenea ii dam prin masina si ii punem cu 1 litru de ulei si 1litru de apa la foc.Cand ceapa si morcovul s-au inmuiat adaugam vanata,si dupa aproximativ 15 min adaugam si...
