Fasolea o lasam la inmuiat cateva ore bune, ii dam cateva clocote si aruncam apa, repetam procedura de doua ori. Cand punem din nou la fiert adaugam si legumele, ceapa tocata marunt, morcovul, o jumatate din cantitate tocat marunt, cealalta taiata rondele, usturoiul taiat in patru si lasam sa...

Prima data ne ocupam de carne(eu am avut`o congelata).O spalam bine si o punem la fiert intr-o oala cu 6 litri de apa, cand da in clocot spumuim bine de cateva ori, o lasam sa fiarba o jumatate de ora si adaugam ceapa, morcovul, telina si zarzavatul conservat.Mai lasam sa fiarba inca o...

Spalam carnea si o punem la fiert intr-o oala cu 8 litri de apa, o lasam sa dea un clocot si spumuim bine, ulterior curatam si spalam bine legumele pe care le adaugam in oala cu carnea, unde tot atunci adaugam si foile de dafin si crenguta de cimbrisor.Lasam sa fiarba la foc mediu pana sunt gata....
