Modul de preparare este acelasi ca la cubuletele delicioase Blatul: albusurile se bat spuma cu zaharul, apoi se adauga macul si cocosul, putin cate putin, amestecand de jos in sus cu o lingura de lemn, foarte lejer, sa nu se lase. Eu am avut cocos multicolor, a iesit tare dragut blatul!...

Merele se curata si se taie felii mari.Pentru a nu se oxida,se stropesc cu putina zeama de lamaie. Pregatim caramelul. Zaharul se pune la caramelizat.Cand a capatat o culoare maronie,se adauga untul,laptele evaporat si frisca.Se lasa pe foc pana cand caramelul va capata o textura...
