Intr-o craticioara, fierbem pastele in apa cu sare,dupa instuctiunile de pe pachet. Cand sunt gata fierte le trecem printr-un jet de apa. Spanacul se fierbe in apa cu sare cateva minunte, dupa care il punem intr-o sita si prin presare  scurgem surplusul de apa existent. Pulpa de rosii...

Se curata ceapa, se spala si se taie marunt. Se caleste in 1-2 linguri ulei de masline pana se inmoaie si se adauga ciupercile spalate si tocate cubulete(sau felii subtiri). Se sareaza ,se pipereaza si se lasa  sa fiarba la foc mic, adaugand daca este nevoie putina apa. Cand ciupercile au...
