Cozonac cu nuca si rahat

Se freaca ce trei oua intregi cu zaharul si drojdia,dupa care punem laptele caldut.Se amesteca totul bine apoi se presara putina faina deasupra si se pune un prosop si se lasa la temperatura camerei 12 ore.Intre timp se pregateste nuca cu cacao si rahat.A doua zi se pune intr-un lighean...

Placinta cu branza si stafide

Pentru umplutura: Amestecam branza cu zaharul,ouale,stafidele,zaharul vanilinat. Pentru coca : Se pune faina intr-un castron ,se pune praful de sare si uleiul. Separat intr-o canuta mica dizolvam jumate din cubul de drojdie cu o lingurita de zahar si putin apa calda. O lasam sa...

Rasucite cu lapte si portocale

Se pune apa la fiert intr-o oala.Cand fierbe apa in clocot se pune praful de sare si pastele.Se lasa sa fiarba pana devine apa laptoasa,cand au fiert(am un mic secret sa incerc pastele daca sunt fierte)se scurge apa si se pune laptele,dupa care punem zaharul, coaja rasa,zaharul...

Budinca a la nasu'

Se pun la fiert pastele si intre timp se pregateste branza. Branza se amesteca cu ouale, zaharul, stafidele, zaharul vanilinat, coaja de lamaie. Dupa ce au fiert pastele se scurg bine de apa si se trec printr-un jet rece de apa. Apoi se amesteca cu branza. Se dau la cuptor pt....

Se freaca margarina cu zaharul foarte bine,se adauga zaharul vanilinat,apoi nuca,biscuiti,cele doua linguri de cacao,esenta de rom si se omogenizeaza bine.Se adauga laptele pana nu mai ramane compozitia sfaramicioasa,devine o compozitie omogena.Cand compozitia este gata se formeaza bilute...
