Punem ouale pe foc intr-un vas cu apa suficienta. Ouale se fierb la foc mic-mediu, ca sa nu se crape din cauza miscarii data de bule formate in apa care fierbe. Dupa ce apa incepe sa clocoteasca, lasam sa fiarba 10 - 12 minute.  Dupa ce ouale s-au racit complet, le pasam cu o furculita,...

Salata de Sparanghel cu Carnati si Crutoane

Incepem prin a pune la scurs fasolea. Apoi spalam sparanghelul si curatam partea de jos cu curatatorul de legume, daca este mai fibroasa. Fiecare tulpina de sparanghel o taiem in bucatele de 2-3cm. La fel taiem si cabanosul. Uleiul il incingem in wok, sau o tigaie incapatoare si cu capac....

Cartofii spalati bine ii fierbem in coaja. Ii lasam putin sa se raceasca, ii curatam, ii taiem cubulete si ii stropim cu putin ulei. Pieptul de pui il tocam si il calim in uleiul incins, amestecand din cand in cand, pana cand este aproape facut. Condimentam cu sare, piper, boia si adaugam...

Punem la fiert ouale si le fierbem vreo 10 minute, ca sa fie tari. Mai punem pe foc inca o oala cu apa, in care vom opari broccoliul. Broccoli pe care il clatim si rupem buchetelele de pe tulpina. Cand apa fierbe, punem buchetelele de broccoli si le oparim 2 - 3 minute. Dupa aceea punem broccoli...
