       Intr-o cratita, punem la fiert puiul. Intre timp, curatam ceapa si usturoiul si le taiem marunt. Cand aripioarele de pui au fiert, strecuram zeama.        Punem la calit ceapa si usturoiul, adaugam pasta de rosii, puiul si...

Curatam maruntaiele, le spalam si le oparim. Le punem la fiert in 2.5 l apa. Legumele le curatam si le tocam marunt. Punem si orezul la fiert – separat. Calim ceapa putin, apoi adaugam legumele si le calim impreuna. Le punem peste carne dupa ce aceasta a fiert pe jumatate si continuam...

 Pieptul de pui se spala , se portioneza , se bate bine , se condimenteaza cu sare , piper , boia busuioc , , pus intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt . Stropit cu ulei [ ce bun ar fi un spray cu ulei  de ala ce vad la tv !!! ] se da la cuptorul incalzit 15 minute cat sa fie aproape...
