Curatam cartofii dulci de coaja, iar apoi ii spalam. Taiem cartofii in felii potrivite, iar apoi in bastonase. Ii punem intr-un bol. Adaugam uleiul, sare si piper dupa gust, 1 lingura condimente pentru cartofi si o lingurita de patrunjel uscat. Amestecam. Tapetam o tava cu hartie de copt....
