Tort cu crema de bezea cu aroma de trandafir

In Torturi la 3 Ian 2015

Blatul Mixam ouale cu zaharul pana la topirea zaharului. Scoatem telurile si adaugam faina si zaharul vanilat,amestecand usor cu o lingura. Tapetam o forma cu hartie de copt ,turnam compozitia in cratita si dam la cuptorul incins. Este copt cand se rumeneste feumos,dar cel mai sigur...

Se pregateste intai aluatul :Se freaca zaharul cu margarina cu un ou intreg si un galbenus,se adauga faina, sarea ,coaja de lamaie.Se framanta bine aluatul si se da  la rece o ora Crema :se freaca cele 4 galbenusuri cu 200g zahar pudra, seadauga 200gnuci macinate,zeama de la o lamaie,...

Se pregateste intai foaia :se separa albusurile de galbenusuri,se bat spuma albusurile,se adauga treptat o cana de zahar,o cana de nuci macinate,o lingura de faina,coaja de lamaie, esenta de rom,incorporandu-se bine ingredientele.Compozitia se pune intr-o tava mare ,unsa si tapetata,si se coace...

      Se cerne faina in vasul de framantat,se face maiaua:2linguri de faina se oparesc cu 50ml.lapte fierbinte intr-un vas,Se amesteca bine laptele cu faina sa rezulte o pasta moale,se lasa la racit,apoi se adauga drojdia si se amesteca bine,se acopera si se lasa la cald...
