Mai intai se pregatesc crevetii, cam 500 g, decongelati si stersi ca sa nu fie uzi. Intr-o tigaie nu foarte mare, dar adanca, pune ulei sa se incinga foarte bine. Uleiul trebuie sa aibe o inaltime de aproximativ 4 cm, daca nu mai mult. Tempura se pregateste exact cand uleiul e fierbinte, nu...

Incalzeste o tigaie mare si pune uleiul. Adauga usturoiul si ardeiul iute. Amesteca la foc mediu pana cand usturoiul devine maroniu. Adauga crevetii si lasa cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte. Crevetii sunt facuti cand devin opaci (nu mai sunt sidefii). Pune lamaia, vinul, patrunjelul, amesteca si...
