Pregatim mai intai sosul Bechamel: Untul il topim intr-o cratita, apoi, adaugam faina in ploaie si amestecam, sa nu se formeze cocoloase. Adaugam laptele rece treptat si amestecam pana se ingroasa. Adaugam cascavalul ras si smantana si condimentam dupa gust. Intr-un vas termorezistent, uns...

Spalati bine un borcan de 2.5L si clatiti-l cu apa rece. Spalati verdeturile si curatati usturoiul. Spalati cu apa rece castravetii. Puneti la fiert 1L de apa cu 1 lingura cu varf de sare mare. Formati un "pat" din cateva tulpini de marar si telina la fundul borcanului....

BLAT : Se sfarama biscuitii cat mai marunt (eu i-am dat la robot :D). Intr-o cratita mica se pune la topit 3/4 din unt. Cand untul s-o topit se amesteca cu biscuitii pana se omogenizeaza. Se ia o tava se tapeteaza cu untul ramas si se adauga biscuitii, se preseaza si se da la cuptorul incins la...

BLAT : Se ia o tava (eu am una rotunda speciala pentru torturi cu marginile detasabile de aproximativ 24 cm diametru si inaltime 10 cm) si se tapeteaza cu folie de celofan. Piscoturile se insiropeaza in lapte sau in zeama de la compot (dupa preferinta - eu le-am insiropat in zeama de la compot)...
