Se face o mamaliga mai moale din lapte si malai, in care se incorporeaza smantana. Carnatii, bacon-ul si kaizer-ul, se taie in bucati mici si se calesc 5-6 minute in 1 lingura ulei. Se unge un vas termorezistent cu unt si se aseaza apoi, un strat de mamaliga, amestec prajit, din nou mamaliga,...

Pregatim tochitura: Spalam si curatam pipotele, inimile, ficatelul si pieptul de pui, dupa care le punem la fiert in apa rece cu putina sare, lasam sa dea in cateva clocote, dupa care intr-o tigaie mai inalta punem putin ulei siprajim carnaciorii taiati, dupa care adaugam usturoiul taiat...

Ciupercile se curata,se spala si se taie feliute si se pun la fiert in lapte,se adauga si usturoiul taiat.Pieptul de pui se feliaza se condimenteaza si se rumenesc.Cand ciupercile au fiert se adauga pieptul de pui rumenit,se condimenteaza,se presara patrunjel si.......POFTA BUNA!!!
