Pui gelatina la inmuiat intr-un pahar cu apa.Bati frisca lichida si o dai putin la rece.Apoi mixezi frisca cu zaharul si cu gelatina topita.La sfarsit incorporezi esenta de vanilie,zeama de lamaie coaja rasa de lamaie si iaurtul. Inmoi piscoturile in zema din compot si imbraci cu ele peretii...

Pentru aluat : Drojdia se amesteca cu putin lapte caldut si niste zahar.Se adauga in compozitia de faina impreuna ce laptele,zaharul,uleiul,sarea,coaja de lamaie si ouale pana rezulta un aluat mai moale.Se lasa la dospit cam 30 de minute. Se pune cate o bila de aluat in forma de savarina si...

Pentru blat: se amesteca faina cu untul si cu sarea pana se omogenizeaza.Sfarama bucatelele de unt, amestecand in acelasi timp prin faina.Nu framanta prea mult untul cu faina,deoarece acesta o va acoperi si apa nu se va mai absorbi.Adauga pe urma apa rece,pana se formeaza aluatul.Inveleste-l in...
