Cand prajiti pesti foarte mici, pt ca acestia sa ramana intregi, dati-i prin faina si asezati-i pe cate 2-3 scobitori. Intoarceti-i si veti constata ca devin crocanti si nu se sfarama. Pestele nu se tine in frigider impreuna cu carne sau alte alimente Pestele se spala in apa rece dar nu se...

pasta de unt :pt ca pasta de unt sa va reuseasca, inainte de a incepe procedura, untul trebuie la temperatura camerei , sa se inmoaie pasta de heringi: se curata 150 gr heringi, se scot fileurile, se taie maruntsi se freaca bine. se amesteca apoi cu untul frecandu-se bine in continuare...
