Aluatul dezghetat se desface e masa de lucru.
Ungem intreaga suprafata a aluatului cu 3-4 linguri de zacusca, apoi rulam strans aluatul ca la rulada.
Taiem melcsori de grosimea dorita (cca 1 cm am taiat eu), aszam melcisorii in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.
Preincalzim cuptorul la 200...
Curatam varza de primele foi, o taiem in sferturi, apoi fiecare sfert in doua pentru a incapea in spatiul de taiere al Salad chef-ului.
Nu uitam sa inlaturam cotorul.
Ceapa o curatam si o taiem in doua.
Merele spalate, le taiem in doua si le indepartam cotoarele.

Pentru pregatirea aluatului pentru biscuiti eu m-am folosit de la inceput si pana la sfarsit de robotul de bucatarie. Punem pentru inceput in vasul robotului fulgii de ovaz si ii maruntim putin. Adaugam apoi faina, sarea, praful de copt si pornim robotul pt 2-3 pulsatii, doar cat sa se amestece...
Dezghetam aluatul de foietaj la temperatura camerei.
Intre timp prajim carnatii in putin ulei, intorcandu-i de pe o parte pe alta sa se rumeneasca frumos.
Nu ii prajim mult sa se usuce, doar cat se se topesca putin grasimea din ei, apoi ii scoatem pe prosoape absorbante sa se scurga....

Mai intai punem la fiert ficatul si inimile,cand s-au fiert le scoatem din apa si le lasam sa se raceasca,apoi le taiem cubulete mici.Ceapa o taiem marunt iar gogoarul cubulete si le punem in tuci la calit,adaugam un praf de sare.
