Situat in centrul Bucurestiului dar totusi avand un cadru intim, Chez Marie Garden este restaurantul unde intotdeauna va veti simti minunat.

Chez Marie Garden este al doilea restaurant al celor de la Chez Marie, care, dupa succesul cu restaurantul lor de la Gradina Icoanei s-au gandit sa profite de brandul destul de bun pe care au reusit sa si-l construiasca. Asadar, au luat casa de pe General Berthelot in care au incercat altii cu un restaurant inainte, Maxim, care nu a mers, insa. Casa e mica, fara etaj, intr-o zona inca foarte frumoasa a Bucurestiului, cu multa poezie, chiar vizavi de Biserica Popa Tatu. Interiorul e aranjat cu grija, insa fara nimic iesit din comun, e mai degraba clasic, « cuminte », putin auster. Gradina, insa, e atractia localului, « punctul forte », si mai ales curtea de joaca pentru copii din spate, o raritate la un restaurant din centrul Bucurestiului.



Meniul e foarte lung la Chez Marie Garden, mancaruri de toate felurile, bucatarie internationala. Mancare bunicica, insa nimic deosebit in ce am luat noi si, aproape sigur, la fel si cu felurile pe care nu le-am gustat inca. Preturile destul de mari, probabil ca e inclusa si contributia pentru jocul copiilor. Serviciul bun, cu multi chelneri care se ocupau de noi, fiind si singurii clienti intr-o zi de duminica.



Nu vad o diferenta mare intre fostul Maxim si actualul Chez Marie Garden, cel putin la prima vedere. Prin urmare, daca acesta va avea succes, nu mancarii i-l va datora. Oricum, succesul lui Chez Marie de la Gradina Icoanei nu cred ca-l va atinge. Sa vedem... (GB - iunie 2013)
