E restaurantul din cadrul hotelului Residence din apropierea Manastirii Casin. Ca si in celelalte locatii ale lantului, amenajarea e superba, facuta cu mult gust si rafinament. Meniul e facut cu pretentii de "haute gastronomie" mediteraneana si sunt convins ca asociaza abuziv "Bio" la numele restaurantului si chiar pe meniuri. Mancarea a fost sub asteptari, probabil si pentru ca eram singur in tot restaurantul. Un chelner mai in varsta a lasat o impresie foarte placuta, cu aerul si cu imaginea lui ca din filme. L-am si pus pe lista celor mai buni chelneri. Nu am pus 10 la ambianta (desi e unul dintre cele mai frumoase restaurante din Bucuresti) deoarece l-am gasit mereu gol. Preturile sunt mari, doar mancarea nu merita banii. Cei de la Les Oliviers mi-au spus ca aici au un chef strain, insa cei de aici sau nu au auzit de el, sau considera ca e un secret care trebuie sa fie bine pazit. (GB)
