Casa Capsa (de restaurant vorbesc, ca mai e si un hotel acolo, chiar daca nu e asociat automat cu "Casa") nu va putea reveni la viata cu meniul si cu mancarea pe care o au acum. Poate ca alte restaurante ar merge destul de bine cu asa ceva, insa dl Bucur trebuie sa plateasca scump pretul celebritatii stabilimentului, ceea ce nu ar fi o povara usoara pentru nimeni, fara indoiala. Ca sa revina lumea la Capsa, acest restaurant ar trebui sa iasa mult din "rand". Numai cu cladirea si cu decorurile somptuoase nu mai poti face fata in ziua de azi. Exemplele sunt multe. Mancarea de la Capsa e destul de banala, desi nu e rea, catusi de putin! dar nici vreo desfatare culinara nu cred ca va asteapta la Capsa. Prin urmare, cei cativa clienti (foarte putini, de fiecare data - si asta cand nu am fost singuri de-a binelea in tot restaurantul) cred ca vin acolo numai si numai din nostalgie, nu pentru altceva. Si serviciile sunt inutil ceremonioase, mecanice si distante, impersonale. Fara indoiala, dl Bucur le-a interzis cu desavarsire chelnerilor sa schiteze vreun zambet sau sa aiba vreo tresarire omeneasca. Evident, 9-le de la Ambianta se trage de la tristetea solitudinii, cu atat mai mult amplificata de somptuozitatea locului. Sigur ca trebuie negresit sa mergeti la Capsa daca nu ati fost deja!
