Arezzo Ristorante a pornit de la un vis care incet, incet a inceput sa prinda contur. Am ales sa folosim doar ingrediente de foarte buna calitate iar totul este gandit atent si in favoarea clientului pentru ca, in final, detaliile fac diferenta.



Functionam ca un restaurant italienesc cu o capacitate de 30 de locuri in interior si 30 de locuri pe terasa.



Din dorinta de a avea produse proaspete, necongelate am ales un meniu cu un numar limitat de preparate. Odata la 6 luni o parte din preparate dispar lasand loc celor noi.



Am ales Italia pentru aprovizionare deoarece acolo am gasit oameni care impartasesc acest ideal de excelenta in procesul de preparere al hranei.



Nu ne dezicem nici cand vine vorba de pizza, produsul care ne duce direct cu gandul la Italia. Folosim doua tipuri de faina italieneasca pentru prepararea aluatului iar pizza noastra se coace autentic, in cuptorul cu lemne.
