Inspirat de un sistem filosofic stravechi, creatie a maestrilor TAO, restaurantul 5Elemente promoveaza un stil de viata sanatos, echilibrat, armonios. Energia nutritionala se afla in mancare, de aceea meniul este ales cu grija astfel incat sa contina toate elementele nutritive necesare unei alimentatii echilibrate.



Interiorul restaurantului este reconstruit complet pentru a integra filosofia celor 5 elemente (apa, lemn, foc, pamant, metal). Felul in care elementele se genereaza sau se distrug unul pe altul e central in arhitectura chinezeasca. Mesele generoase de lemn masiv va permit sa savurati mancarea fara a sta inghesuit printre boluri si platouri. Podeaua din marmura reprezinta pamantul, oglinzile aurii –metalul. Cum se integreaza restul elementelor in arhitectura restaurantului veti descoperi cand ne veti vizita.



Bucatarii nostri vin din regiunea de nord a Chinei si au in spate ani buni in care au recuperat retete si tehnici traditionale din mediul rural si gatesc la fel cum gatesc la ei acasa. Fiecare fel de mancare are un gust distinct iar mancarea e mai sanatoasa pentru ca folosim putin ulei.



In organism, cele 5 elemente corespund celor 5 organe majore: rinichi –apa, ficat –lemn, inima –foc, stomac –pamant, plamani –metal. De obicei unul dintre ele e mai puternic si unul ceva mai slab. Un punct important in bucataria chinezeasca este sa mancam preparate care imbunatatesc elementul deficitar.
